Mr. Busby attended Clemson University on a soccer scholarship and graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He also attended the Wharton School of Business executive program. He then went on to start his career at Datasouth Computer Corporation.
After 5 years with Datasouth, Mr. Busby started Source Technologies with a $20,000 loan from his parents. Mr. Busby led the company to become one of the nation's largest solution providers of magnetic ink character recognition (MICR) printers and self-service kiosks for a variety of businesses including 9 of the Top 10 U.S. banks. While at Source Technologies, he drove corporate vision, product development, strategic partnerships and financial performance.
Mr. Busby built Source Technologies into a national player with over $75 million in annual sales and 105 employees. The company earned a spot on The Inc. 500 list three consecutive years: 1991, 1992, and 1993. The company was sold in 2003 to a financial buyer.
Recognized as a pioneering force in financial services automation, Mr. Busby has received much individual recognition. In 2004, Mr. Busby received Carolinas' Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for "Realizing Business Potential." During his tenure, Mr. Busby and Source Technologies received numerous other publication awards include INC. 500, The Charlotte Business Journal's Fast 50, VAR's Business 500, North Carolina 100 and The Charlotte Business Journal's 40 Under 40. Mr. Busby was a member of The Executive Committee (TEC), an international organization of CEOs.
In addition to his business activities, Mr. Busby supports a Child’s Place, an agency that assists homeless children, and is a president’s club member for The V Foundation, a charity that supports independent private research for Cancer.
Mr. Busby lives in Charlotte with his wife and triplets.


Mr. Greco has over 30 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry and has served in executive positions with several Fortune 500 companies. His most recent experience was as the COO of the David Drye Company, LLC, a real estate development and management business.
Prior to directing the day to day business of The David Drye Company, Mr. Greco was the founding executive at MortgageRamp Inc., an e-commerce company formed with GMAC Commercial Mortgage as initial investor.
From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Greco served as the Managing Director of the Real Estate Capital Markets at First Union National Bank. While at First Union, Mr. Greco developed a start-up Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities Conduit. Additionally, Mr. Greco’s responsibilities included the creation of a commercial loan syndication group and the management of the Affordable Housing and Synthetic Lease groups.
From 1984 to 1994, Mr. Greco was an executive with two leading Wall Street firms, Drexel Burnham Lambert and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. At both firms, Mr. Greco served in executive management positions and was responsible for developing and implementing their commercial loan generation and distribution systems.
Mr. Greco has served on the faculty of New York University’s Continuing Education Program, is a frequent speaker for many organizations, including the MBA, GE Capital, Fitch S&P, and Frank Fabozzi. He served as the founding president of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association, and was honored in both 2001 and 2002 as the E&Y North Carolina Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. Mr. Greco graduated from Georgia State University and has served on several Boards of Directors including the Charlotte Philharmonic Orchestra, the Solomon House, and the North Carolina Cystic Fibros
